I'm sorry to hear that. I do hope they will look more into this. I don't know why this even happened. I just know what I did and it fixed it. You are the only other one who had this besides me. I hope they will believe me now that it's been reported by you also. While this doesn't mess up the games, it does mess up the graphics. By the way what graphics do you have? I have an AMD graphics card.
