I’m not at cpu so going off memory…
On settings -> players (or created players?? Don’t recall exact name)
This screen will display how many scouting discoveries you would like to generate, et al. You will see on the right hand side about 15 different “created player” modifiers. The default is 1.000, but I feel like way too many high end guys are generated.
If someone else has game up maybe they can assist?
