Hey all,

I've run about 16 seasons on the new OOTP25 (on three different teams. about 5 seasons for each team) and NONE of the prospects seem to be developing. After years, my 4 and 5 star guys are still hitting .120 in Rookie ball (or .068 in A ball). And that's with me pumping in over $30 million in my PLAYER DEVELOPMENT budget.

Is there a game setting trick to induce faster and more realistic prospect development?

On the PLAYERS & TEAM tab under GAME SETTINGS, there are options for BATTER DEV SPEED and PITCHER DEV SPEED. Any suggestions for there? It is tiresome to play this and have everyone wear down over the years but no one ever develop to take their place.
