It's so hard to see things from a few sims. I don't play fictional leagues (though I should), but I simmed a couple today to 2034 and the distribution seemed realistic from looking back on the draft list and rookie history. Realistic being extremely loose language.. it's easier to see things looking at just the best talent. I do feel like I saw better results micromanaging players in 24, and the AI is just horrible about kicking mid 20s guys around low pro ball, but the distribution of higher talent was "realistic".

In 2034 players who had 4+ WAR:

Batters: 13 High School / 2 International / 5 College / 41 established talent (pre-2024)
Pitchers: 2 High School / 14 College / 1 International / 6 established talent (pre-2024 existence)

But does confirm conventional OOTP wisdom: don't draft high school pitchers.
