Conversation in another thread about the playing time minimums reminded me of a different issue with the adjust / weaken settings: the use of universal baseline penalty rate for regressing players below the minimums regardless of position is less than ideal. A replacement level first baseman is a better hitter than a replacement level shortstop, for example.
