Just purchased OOTP25. After installation when trying to open the game I get an error.
"OOTP found that the crashed_on_startup flag is set. Obviously the game crashed when you started it last time. OOTP will reset the graphics settings to default values. You can set them back later in the Game preferences dialog. When I click ok I get a second error Fatal application exit
Could not open target folder to install game data. Please uninstall and reinstall OOTP baseball. Since installation I have not been able to open or play the game.

Tried uninstalling installing installing as administrator Had OOTP 25 in the exclusion list in my firewall nothing seemed to work. Searched the web could not find a thing. How can I fix this. Thank you.
