And yes, the game does randomize between seasons so that matchups will change. But it is random mixing and not any sort of strict rotation, so it is possible certain things will not change. E.g., the linked here have series against two teams from each interleague division. When you draw 2 of the 15 or 16 for the next season, there is a chance at repeats, though that chance is smaller with more teams in the divisions.

I finally got round to moving my game on and testing these! They work a dream, thank you so much gmo! My next expansions will be to 17 and then 18 team divisions. So if you or someone else could make me schedules for those in the same vein, that would be massively appreciated. No rush at all though, it'l take me a while to get to the year for when I've planned the next expansion!
