Regardless, there are a couple things to look at here.
First, you'll want to make sure all of your video card drivers are fully up to date. Sometimes these do not get properly installed if you have a program that does it for you, so can be best to do this manually.
Second, make sure to run the game in admin mode. Go to where OOTP is installed (not the shortcut on the desktop) and right click on the .exe icon. Go to properties > compatibility > then select the option to 'run this program as an administrator', which is a few lines up from the bottom.
Third, you'll want to make sure the install is not somehow corrupt. Go to the start screen > settings > troubleshooting > then select the option to 'force game data reinstallation.

I have tried to start a new save and it gets the same result. My graphics card is up to date and I've even tried running the game as an administrator. And nothing happens when I press force game reinstallation. So, in other words, I'm on the same page.
I've run the game and put with the debug files the text in the new post below. After the game crashes and the screen goes completely black while making a squealing sound. I get the following texts. Hope you can help me further?
