On Steam, updates should come in automatically.
For FastSpring purchases, the latest patches should be downloaded and installed. Build 47 from yesterday is the current version:

For Perfect Team, if you created your first team in the OOTP25 beta, it has been reset when the game officially opened, so it will need to be created again.
