Over the years I've had a handful of pitchers who primarily throw breaking balls from an "over the top" arm slot. The result is that they are as effective if not BETTER against opposite handed batters than they are batters of the same handedness.

My question is: if you set the secondary role of one of these pitchers to specialist, won't the AI just match them up against batters of the same handedness? Has this been asked before?

p.s. The types of pitchers I'm talking about are guys like Rowan Wick/ James Karinchack etc.
