Ok so this is the team management options, ok... So first thing I suggest is change Ben Cherington off of your Promotion/Demotion. Set that to your human player, not AI.
That will at least help, because Irrevocable Waivers is a "Demotion" roster setting. I doubt this will fix it? But it might at least HELP...
It's the best place to start on this screen, at least. Lets keep looking.

Just to verify, you manually edit these to AI, correct?
