I pre-ordered through PayPal and received a confirmation email from PayPal, but didn't receive an email from Fastspring.

I used the website provided to have them email my licenses and did received that email. However, it includes licenses for past OOTP versions, but not OOTP 25.

I created a ticket with Fastspring and haven't heard anything from them in over 24 hours.

Any advice for my next step? I'm tempted to cancel my order through PayPal and purchase it through Steam?
