Expanded weather database V2
A while back, I found the Expanded weather database and I added a lot more cities to it. Now, the weather might not be 100% accurate, but I tried to make it as realistic and close to real weather as possible. There still might be cities missing from the weather database, such as from historic teams. Feel free to add more data from places I know I missed.
When you install this, make sure you choose re-import weather database on an older save file.
Credit goes to Phantom Player for the original file. Without their contributions, I might have never done this.
