I only use heavyweights as I found it too overwhelming to use even eight weight classes.

I have five or six regional organizations: North America, Canada, USA, Europe, British Empire, Australasia, South Afrika and Latin America. I've assigned all fighters to one or more of these groups. For instance, Mexican boxers can be both North American and Latin American. I keep "ALL" for world rankings as was suggested by member Conn Chris.

Once you've organized your boxers, you can use the Auto-Scheduler to stage rounds of fights to build up the records of the fighters. You may want to exclude the top-rated fighters and hand-pick their opponents as a manager/promoter would do so they rise to the top of the rankings in each region and overall. I have my AU setup so a fighter needs 15 fights to be eligible to be ranked. I never use the auto-scheduler for title fights because I want to see those in action.
