There is the obvious one of Nordhagen Beach and Fort Hagen facing off in the playoffs multiple times over the years. Recently, that has shifted to the Boys and County Crossing battling for the BL and in the playoffs. In the SCA, University Point and Roxbury have been battling for supremacy for a while, accounting for the last five Sole Survivor Series appearances. Strangely, enough, though, they only met once in that stretch, the 2303 SCA Championship Series.
I think I tried pairing some geographical rivalries in past seasons, though I quit doing that with the more extensive Nuka Cup Tournament. However, some that seem obvious are or will be:

Goodneighbor-University Point-Jamaica Plain (Though I still don't know why the programmers made Jamaica Plain EAST of Roxbury--I just have to imagine there was some decision many years ago to fit into the Fallout canon)

Oberland-Vault 81

DC-Goodneighbor (W vs E Downtown Boston Rivalry)
South Boston (playing where Goodneighbor currently does)-UP-JP
Malden-The Slog-County Crossing

Yeah, seems on point. Can't find anything to really quibble about. I imagine DC-Goodneighbor would be something, but Goodneighbor has been one of our least notable teams so far, well, until recently when they were notable for all the wrong reasons haha.
