are there players who do this, but there are not enough people at the company to oversee it IMHO. All through the cycle of PT, search the Universe, sorting by missions, tournament wins, winning %. Look for irregularities and ask the question, "Is this even realistically possible?" If they aren't reported, they often fly under the radar for some time.

Start helping to police it. Reports ARE taken seriously.
