I don't see the same thing that you do here. I see FTP asking for a niche league to play in if that is their choice to do so. All the other parts of the game could stay the same as they are now. Unless of course you are stating that all the high pockets teams would desert PT if they don't have all that available plankton to feed upon. If that is the case then the game's future is short anyway judging by the yearly exodus.
