Hi Peter.

played with MoDo Hockey in Allsvenskan and Linköping (in a Journeyman save) in SHL. My experience is based on FHM9, in FHM10 is was only in DEL and NHL teams so far.
Iīm a german SHL-Hockey-Follower, but for sure not in depth knowledge as you have.

My impression:
- player ratings and salaries are ok (and in balance with rest of the european leagues), of course there could be some salaries a bit off but the research team gives itīs best ;-)

- in league team strenghts are ok and model real life pretty good in the first years (havenīt played further then 2030 in sweden in my saves).

- flow of players are ok from/to other european leagues

- flow from North American players to europe or north american players already in europe willing to stay in european teams got better in FHM10 (from DEL perspective). Now much more low-level-NHLīlers and AHL/ECHL Players are willing to sign in europe. FA already playing in europe tend to stay and not move home to NA-beer-leagues after one year.

- leagues rules (promotion / relegation) are ok

some things to know:
- NHL teams can sign prospects and good players very late in the season.
Happend to me with MoDo, I lost 2 youngster (they got signed late in september) and 2 new signed players from NA back to the NHL on start date of regular season...
I think (but not an expert, in germany there arenīt not so many NHL youngsters ;-) ) the official signing window for NHL teams isnīt reflected correct at the moment.

- signing young players in leagues with U-player limits (not SHL/Allsvenskan) is a bit chaotic at the moment as 20 year old players tend to avoid minor-option/two way in their contracts and you couldnīt sign them (itīs already reported in Bug section, hope it gets fixed with next update in mid march)

Overall: I think the game made good progress during the last versions and is fun to play in european leagues. Of course there are some things to work on and potentially some data to correct but it does a good job from my point of view.
