I have reviewed the goals I have set out for you. My comments are below.

Team Record:
I'm disappointed in the team's performance this year. Worse, our fans are as well. Let's work on getting the team motivated to go out and win.

Acquire a player:
Did you think that sneaking in Babe Ruth would appease me in my request to bring in a Power hitter? I guess he's better than nobody, but I strongly suggest you keep working the phones.

Improve your fan interest:
Fan engagement has bottomed out. What do you plan to do about it?


During our time working together, I have been good with your progress towards the goals I have set out for you. I feel similarly about your handling of the team's on-field and front office management.

The final evaluation towards these goals will come at the end of the season. Good luck in the second half!
