Canada), Cartagena and Barranquilla Colombia can be very confusing. These are their flags:

Cartagena. But they are gigantic cities in the baseball playing region of the country, and I'm determined to make teams for them. I already have the Liberatores in this thread, which could go in either, but I had put it in Cartagena.

But then reading about the artist,
Enrique Grau, he seems more associated with Cartagena, and the bird is said to be a symbol of Cartagena, and Cartagena has the
same statue!
