My MiLB teams are horrible.....
Not sure if it matters with development (I am ranked 8th out of 30 from an org prospect perspective) but all my teams below AAA have horrible records.
Everyone's morale about "team record" are horrible at these levels.
My approach is to let AI to promo and demotion except for top 20-30 prospects who I track via shortlist and lock to specific levels.
I just have a hard time understanding how "Rookie league" full of players who were just drafted are so uncompetitive with other players who are just drafted.
I make sure all my rosters are full and cut players who are lowly ranked relative to their current level....
Any tips? Does this even matter if my prospects are developing?
