Can anybody at this company please give me my money back because it's quite clear that nobody cares that I can't access the product you sold me.
If you refuse to help me access the game, that is entirely your choice, if that's how you want to treat a long time customer that has been supporting your product from the very beginning, thats up to you.
You have lost me a customer. It's absurd that it's now been nearly two weeks without any help from your company.
