To add to this further, we've encountered the bugs Bjernagris listed before, and had the FHM team deal with them. See here:

Of note is that each time the Arena's locations/names/capacities are changed, they are semi-consistent in their outcome. We encountered the Arena change bug (as separate from the construction bug) again during this offseason, and Seattle was (like in that old bugpost) again playing out of Beijing. I also know of a league called SHF where this happens.
