1989 Sim salary negotiations, all up to date OOTP24 updates:
Super Star Quality Player requests $3.9 one year deal (last year of arbitration).
My League file Super Star settings are set at $2.5 million (avg)
This seems ridiculous, and if I try to negotiate, the player ends up, "sorry no more negotiations now".
But if I try to go long term max 4 years in my league (era) then the request goes to almost $5.0 million per year!!!
The top players in 1989 Cal Ripken made just under $2.5 million.
So, can we fix this?
Seems that there would be a max on the league setting of like 10% above or below(?)
or.....I got something else messed up somewhere
