I looked back and it seems it was the same case last season. This has now resulted in those teams offering me draft picks as far as 3 years in the future (where it doesn't even show up in my "team data" history.

I do in my historical save. It feels like the first season is always fine, getting lots of different offers for my players, but as I go deeper into the years, there are less and less teams making offers, to the point that last season the only team making offers was Detroit.
I've seen it both while shopping the player, or just having a player on trade block from incoming offers. I've had different type of players but it doesn't seem to matter.
I also see a drastic drop in CPU trading during the season as opposed to during the offseason. Again, first year CPU trades quite a bit during the season, trade deadline is pretty active, then as the years pass, there are almost no trades during season - including trade deadline - and most of the trading happens during the offseason. It doesn't really bother me because those offseason trades are usually the big ones, but just thought I'd point it out.
This is all in historical...could be different during modern day.
