So I've finally got a few years of my fictional league compiled into the Cato History utility, and now I've got a few questions.

First of all, what significance is the HOF standard? More specifically, at one number should I induct a player? Does it take into consideration number of years played? Is it just comparing the players to their contemporaries?

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
