Unfortunately there isn't a quickstart for the KBO like there is for some other leagues. However, the process has definitely been improved in recent versions. When I set it up last year I found it pretty straightforward.
The draft works just like the real one as far as I could tell. As for foreign player limits, there's an option when creating the league to set the maximum number of foreign players per team. The Futures League was also in the database ready to go.
