It might depend on your settings? Do you allow the AI to put players on the IL in general?

I guess there could be a distinction between allowing the AI to put someone on the regular IL and the 60-day IL.

But, if this bothers you, for the time being it is probably best to not allow the AI to put players on the IL at all.

Probably borderline whether to call that a bug...but again, since the player is on the 60-Day IL they should be accruing service time which was the original topic of the thread.
