In case you're not sure what I mean. I had four separate leagues at first in a League Association format. Then in 2298, I created the CBO league, deleted all the created players from that, and then moved the 24 teams into the CBO. So, to the game, history and stats began in 2298.

For the players, they have stats in 2296 and 2297, but I would have to individually track those stats to have a decent idea of overall success. Therefore, if I do a 10 years of success type story, 2298-2307 would be the best time to easily track those stats. I will, however, consider 2296 + 2297 in deciding HOF worthiness when I open the HOF in the CBO (many, many moons from now based on my pace!).

It's a shame, but I don't know of any game that really does it better. I think if OOTP had the ability to contract a league without needing to break your back I think there'd be no way to top the tools provided.
