Bump -- my online league converted to OOTP24 (from 22) in November and it's been recently brought to my attention that we too are experiencing this issue.

I (Commish) am seeing all transactions in the log, but GM's are only seeing their team's.

What is making this harder to figure out is that if I grab the league file from the import_export folder and folder, move the zip into my saved games folder and unzip that folder, everything works in OOTP fine with the log. Something is at play.

While it works for me in-game, it's also of note that the the news -> txt -> leagues folder is completely empty. Whereas my real folder is full of items here.
