I'm looking at things to revise for the 2024 season, and something struck me - we don't have an equivalent of the Miyazaki Phoenix League in the JPBO, a fall league to help accelerate development of players.

If I was to make one, where would y'all want me to site it?

South Africa for the reference to the [LEAGUE REDACTED] scrambler
Middle East/North Africa to reference Baseball United
Australia since the ABL is also absent from OOTP
