Yeah, the custom games need to regenerate their schedule every year, and the unusual number of teams and structure (lots of teams spread across 7 conferences) in the NCAA breaks the scheduler. I'll see if there's a way we can force it to keep re-using the real schedule, but for now the workaround is to either a) create a schedule with 0 inter-conference and 0 inter-division games, or b) restructure the league into a more scheduler-friendly format (e.g., cut the number of conferences down to 3 or 4 and split the teams in them into divisions, trying to keep the numbers roughly equal) and then rebuild the schedule with a small number of inter-division games (inter-conference will be very difficult to do, because there'll always be a large number of teams in other conferences.)
