Pretty much any screen that has pitching stats has L/R splits under the "splits" menu. The pitcher's player card also has a "splits" menu under the pitching tab.
Not sure how you haven't seen this? Though I'm not quite sure what you mean by "displayed correctly"? Are you saying that you can bring up the L/R splits but you don't think what OOTP shows is correct? Or do you try to bring up the splits and nothing changes?

There is a setting for each league under
League settings>stats & ai> track statistical detail

There are four choices in the menu. They are Low, Normal, High, and Very High. This allows you to have some control over how large each of your leagues is in your save file. IE I have MLB at "very high" and rookie on "normal". I know that normal tracks l/r splits as that is what I use for my rookie league and the l/r split stats are there. It may be possible that "low" doesn't keep splits and that is what your league is set at? IDK just throwing it out as something to check if you aren't seeing l/r spits at all.
