Veteran Cy Seymour is having a great season for his Washington Senators and last week was no exception. In taking home American League Player of the Week honors, Seymour went 13 for 28 (.464 batting average) with 2 Doubles, 3 Triples, 2 Runs, 5 RBIs, and 1 Stolen Base on his way to a slash line of .464/.464/.750. He finished the week with a 260 OPS+, 251 wRC+, 0.70 WPA, and 0.6 WAR. This was Seymour's first PofW honor.
