It's not easily modified; a lot of the places you'd need to change it aren't in accessible files. The only thing that might work would be replacing the "Georama-..." files in \data\fonts with a their equivalents in a different font that you've renamed to Georama. But I suspect that would lead to a lot of spacing oddiites in the UI; even with a font chosen to be similar in width to the previous one, we always have to spend quite a while fixing issues with cut-off or overlapping text whenever we change fonts.
