Eventually, I think it is working now... I was copying some logos and graphics from Russian league taht worked perfectly in FHM9 in all new FHM10 games. Now I started a save without any "external" logo and seems it is not crashing on Open night.

If have any idea why is this happening I will be happy to now. However, It is not a big problem if I cannot use such graphics.
