This one has been around for years and is very common, and I believe I have reported it before, but it has never been fixed. Baserunners often pause and wait to see if a batted ball falls into play, but on a hit-and-run, this means they pause, wait, and then suddenly advance two bases once the ball falls in and it's fielded.
