Hey all,
My name is Matt, and MLB Live was started up in early 2020. This league sims 1 day in-game every day in real life, so the date always matches real life.

We are just a few days away from spring training starting in 2024, and given the slower paced offseason, some GMs have been inactive & need to be replaced.

For starters:

Sim Schedule: 1 day in-game = 1 day in real-life (meaning 1 year in-game takes 1 year in real-life)
Each day around 8:00 PM eastern, we will sim forward 1 day in-game.
Scouting/Coaching: Both are on. Scouting is 20-80 (normal).
Communication: Slack

This league is meant to be as close to realistic as OOTP can get, so while we will leave things up to league votes, at the end of the day league management will make the decisions that would help create the most realistic simulation. We have draft & international amateur classes that are as close to real-life as possible. We have international money that can be traded, and will continue to change the league rules to match the MLB. The draft lottery has been added to the league, and any rule changes that OOTP supports have been added as well.
