I remember reading in a list of fixes in one of the updates that this fixed. Here are some examples from a game in build 76.

I neglected to install the next to updates. Sorry. It works now, for the most part. However, sometimes, not always as it seems random, the ball in on the arm of the pitcher as he sets to pitch.
