I run a league with some friends, and occasionally we like to do a Game 7 or something in full game management mode... but I cannot figure out how to access the offensive controls. No matter which team is at-bat, the defense/pitching menu is displayed in that top-center area, with no apparent way to switch. So basically, stealing bases, hit&run, etc. are off the table.

I've looked very hard in all the menus during the game, as well as the manual, and can't see what I'm missing. Any help?
