So, we were afforded the 2nd pick in the draft, which we used on
SP Norman Barilla, who I fully expect to head up our rotation one day – 4 pitches, a groundball guy, stamina is solid enough… my kind of guy.
With our next pick, 17th overall (we got this selection from Dallas as part of an offseason trade), we selected another pitcher,
SP Joe McMillen, who should also slot into our rotation at or near the top one day – assuming we can sign him given his ‘
extremely hard’ rating in that category.
