I guess I'm kind of a hypocrite in the end. I didn't bat an eye when the Indians were pulled from the game completely, but it kind of bugs me when a player is removed. I would want him removed from live starts, but, he did play a significant portion of the season for the Rays, so I think he should e there. Ugh.

I don't believe so, at least not with the "in game" editor. Maybe by exporting to excel there are fields? It might be one of those things a user would have to live without to have the player in their game, or go to extra steps to add in the stats? I'd definitely look at how the historical Franco came out and change what I thought needed to be changed. One could compare his ratings to similar players in v24 as a guide if they wanted to go that deep. Or take him "as is". It's a workaround and that may mean compromise. Though the roster team, IMHO, does a great job it is still a roster built and rated by humans and open to discussion.
I'd go back to how I changed ballpark factors for Baltimore, Detroit, and Toronto in my league. What I did was find the actual percentage changes up or down for doubles, triples, HR. If HR to LF in Baltimore fell 25% (throwing out numbers to lazy to go find my worksheet) I decreased the LF factor by 25%. This meant the other parks had to "cover" that decrease by increasing their LF factor by their "share" of the Baltimore decrease (very small changes when divided among the other 29 parks). Then do this for each category, in each of the three parks, and adjust all other parks afterwards. Is it perfect? No, but I think it's a fair representation and I'm happy with the result. Now when I play at Camden that gulf in LF is a place where HR go to die. I don't recall exactly but I think I spent probably three hours or so finding the data I wanted, figure out the changes, and then edit all of the parks. Time vs. result was well worth it to me.
When v25 comes out I'll check and see how those parks, and all parks have been adjusted and decide if I want those new factors in my game I'm importing, or if I'll stick with what I have.
