I didn't say it evened out. I said it didn't hurt me.
And it is not just the extra slots, but the whole PT+ package that reduces the gap. And everyone benefits from increased achievement PP, one-time promotion PP, and better login rewards.
It also helps to close the gap that my tournament team is better this year than last year.
