Hey guys.

I imported a '23 file to '24 and looked at a sample group of players' ratings per OSA and per my scout. Then I repeated the process and imported the same file again. And the ratings were different again, per both OSA and scout. They're different every time I do it, importing the same file.

Does this confirm a random ratings scrambling during conversions? Is that something that can maybe get "fixed" in future versions?
