I created a new game with opening day rosters 2023. I added a complete feeder league system as well (1 college league, 1 JUCO league, 1 high school league).

The issue here is when I look at the upcoming draft, there are 4+ pages of 80 overall potential prospects. Granted, their scouting level is mostly low right now, but in past versions when creating a feeder league, only a handful of superstar prospects were generated, and this seems way over the top. I don't want a league full of superstars.

Is this normal from anyone's experience? Will these players potential normalize?
