Seeing some issues still happening with two-way player demands, both IRL and fictional. I have a fictional league where top 2-ways aren't demanding more than $12M AAVs and neither was offered a qualifying offer.
However, my caveat for the fictional league is that it was created long before the patch (24.7.86, I believe) that resolved this issue. Is the two-way contract asks bug fix retroactive, or only on files created on or after the date of the new patch?
