What I'm doing this morning is push the button and then when it doesn't want to load I go outside and cut the grass for a bit. I go real slow with lots of breaks because of the temperature. Then I come back and see if the board is running. Maybe you could try something similar.
I don't know if the board is a net gain for OOTP or not. It seems many companies have decided that a board like this doesn't help them, at least not enough to justify the expense. Anyway, they don't have to provide it. It's not included in the price of the game. Neither are updates. So don't say you pay for it.

You don't know anything about what they do, or do not know.
The last time through this cycle some posted all was ok for them. After a few days OOTP finally came in to acknowledge the problem and then took two attempts to get if fixed.
Whether it's a net gain or not has no bearing. They provide it at a cost. Unless somebody is donating those funds they come from sales.
Feel free to go back to the off topic boards and make your complaints about, your many issues there. You know on these boards that are provided "free with no ads".
