Don't join this league. Rules are well written out, but then not followed when they feel like it and followed sometimes when they do. It becomes a: "Oh, we know the rules need updating. We try to tell everyone about that missing stair, but often they have to miss the stair first before we do and we have a note on the wall saying don't worry about the stair, it is there, but we need to pull that note down."
That link to the full rule set here in the ad, don't bother reading it. It doesn't matter, nothing written there matters, they decided what they want to do after that was written and never bother changing it there. Maybe one day it will matter, but today is not that day. Some of the other GMs seemed nice, but barely got to interact with them.
