Now if we consider running:
First one is an unmitigated disaster on the bases with high speed but low stealing; second one has a bit too much speed but also much better stealing/baserunning so should still be quite productive on the bases.
If they're average defensive LFs, then I'd say the second one is a solid complimentary role player on a good team, and the first one might be passable as a 4th/5th OF type, but the combination of no power and being a massive liability on the bases is not good for a player with no real defensive value.
