Since editing XML can be a bit daunting, I made this to make it a bit simpler.

0.1.2-beta - Initial Release

Edit existing world_default.xml files
Create compatible xml files from scratch, with an initial wizard interface
Import CSV lists for quickly bringing in larger quantities of data - templates are included with the app!
Move things around, either through menus or via drag-and-drop. Want to move Afghanistan to South America? Want to move Detroit to Argentina? Go for it!
Automatically translates relevant fields into Korean using the Bing Translate API. Obvioulsy, this is not going to be perfect.
Automatically keeps track of IDs in the various categories so you don't need to worry about winding up with, say, two cities with the same ID
All nodes have context menus for quick access to various editing options

THIS IS A BETA APPLICATION, DO NOT EDIT THE ORIGINAL WORLD_DEFAULT.XML, MAKE A COPY AND WORK WITH THAT INSTEAD!!!!
